EMF radiation are invisibles waves that infiltrate our everyday spaces and life. They are the result of electrical power and other technological systems like Wifi and computers. EMF radiation is everywhere and it is a major cause of anxiety. People who spend most time on their laptops and cellphones are most susceptible to high levels of anxiety and depression due to EMF waves.

Your mobile device and computer.

Spending long hours on cellphones and computers is actually incredibly bad for anxiety. Our brains were never built to process the amount of information we do on a tablet or device and so we are now reacting to these activities.

Nightshade vegetables consists of tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and white potatoes. These veggies block a certain enzyme in he body which results in overstimulation of the nervous system. They also cause glycoalkaloids to build up in the system, another precursor to anxiety.

This is an obvious one. Eating too much sugar will cause your body to become dependant on those sugar rushes. Sugar over stimulates the nervous system and causes all kinds of other health problems in the body

Spending too much time alone.

When you're anxious, it's easy to spend a lot of time by yourself. But really, spending time with other people is just the tonic you need! Spending time with family and friends boosts those feel good hormones that can coerce you out of anxiety.

Being dehydrated.

One of the most common reasons why people feel anxious is because they are lacking hydration. Water is one of the sources of life and without it out body can relay mixed signals from our nervous system to our brain and cause all sorts of havoc in our bodies.

How you're breathing.

Did you know there's a proper way to breathe? Concentrating your breath in your abdomen area will allow your nervous system to naturally relax if you're experiencing anxiety.

Your posture

Your posture plays a pretty big part in how you handle stress. It determines how well you're breathing, your self confidence and it can even affect decision making! A quick fix for anxiety is to just, sit up straight!

Supplements

Supplements are supposed to be really good for you, but strangely enough, supplements can have an effect on anxiety. Something as innocent as a fish oil cap can negatively affect with your nervous system and cause high levels of anxiety.

Trauma

Sometimes we can't really pinpoint where our anxiety is coming from, but if we trace back it could be that a certain event triggered it. Trauma such as a loss of a family member, or even a really bad breakup can cause months of anxiety without a seeming cause.
