It's finally here! 2020 gave us NOTHING but a terrible year so here we are, in 2021, with a film we TRULY deserve! Suicide Squad (2016) might have been a bit controversial, but it’s time to move forward with this TERRIFIC sequel with the amazing James Gunn as a director. Here you have 5 facts you need to know before watching The Suicide Squad.

Which Member Of The Suicide Squad Are You? emoji

James Gunn is the director

Ok, but are you a real fan of superheroes? Well, then you might have heard of James Gunn the amazing director for Guardians of Galaxy, the Marvel sequel, which is one of Marvel's fans' favorites. He really adapts this film to his very own style and the result is SPECTACULAR.

Let's talk about the music

One of James Gunn's most distinguishing style is that he really knows how to put music into a film. From the very beginning of the film, we'll get to see very defined, funny and dynamics scenes accompanied by classics you might have heard before like... A LOT! Of course, this is something we've already seen on Guardians of Galaxy where the main character, Star-Lord, has an old-school walkman with very classy cassettes.

Be prepared for... BLOOD!

If you have an issue with blood and you're about to faint every time you see a drop of it, well....you might wanna take a bag with you where you can throw up! LOL No, just kidding. But this new Suicide Squad film is, indeed, much more morbid and grown than its predecessor.

OMG! The cast is P-E-R-F-E-C-T

We will no longer have Will Smith (Deadshot) on this new film, but we have many new acquisitions that match perfectly fine with the old cast. Alongside Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), and Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), we will say hello to John Cena as Peacemaker, Sylvester Stallone as King Shark, Idris Elba as the new Deadshot, Pete Davidson as Blackguard, Daniela Melchior as Cleo Cazo, and so many more.

Latinamerica says HI!

Apparently, the story takes place somewhere in Latinamerica but it is somewhere it doesn't really exist. However, despite having been shot in Panamá, you will see a lot of Argentinian easter eggs, different kinds of Spanish accents, and rich and wide culture within their characters. SUPER enjoyable to see! 😎

We really expect you to enjoy this masterpiece which premieres on August 6th! 🔥
