Lime Daiquiri

We all love strawberry daiquiris, but did you know that the OG daiquiri is actually lime-flavored? Mix it up by going back to the basics with some refreshing tanginess, provided by Colleen Graham on the spruce.

You'll Need:
2 ounces light rum
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 cup ice

What You'll Need To Do:
Blend all of your ingredients together until you get your desired thickness, pour into a chilled glass (you don't want to be slurping a lime puddle), and garnish with a lime wedge (add an orange slice if you're feeling particularly classy).

2

Frozen Sangria

This recipe from Diets in Review is super easy, delightfully creamy, and certain to make you the trendiest wine-mom-in-training on your block.

You'll Need:
2 pints Talenti Sorbetto, Blood Orange and Roman Raspberry (substitute any sorbets with similar creaminess-levels)
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 bottle of cabernet sauvignon or other dry red wine
1/4 cup mixed berries (optional, but why the hell not?)

What You'll Need To Do:
Literally just throw it all into a blender. Add wine for a thinner consistency, add sorbetto to thicken it up. Pop some extra fruit on as a garnish and Instagram that shiz.

3

White Peach Margarita

This is what love at first sight looks like. Tequila and peaches. Thanks @Bobby Flay and the Food Network, you high-profile, liquored-up angels.

You'll Need:
2 ripe white peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup silver tequila
1/4 cup peach liqueur (recommended: Creme de Peche)
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Ice cubes

What You'll Need To Do:
Like the pro-blender-er that you are, throw all that good stuff into a food processor/blender until smooth. For a garnish, slice peaches and mint sprigs, and prepare to feel like you're on Desperate Housewives in the best possible way.

4

Chi Chi Cocktail

Guys, look at them, they're so cute. Pop a cherry on anything and we're sold. This recipe from Drinks Mixer serves two, and it's a solid replacement for a pina colada.

You'll Need:
3 ounces vodka
4 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces cream of coconut
1 teaspoon confectioners' sugar (or more)
1 cup crushed ice

What You'll Need To Do:
BLEND THAT SUMMERY GOODNESS. Then take a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry. You can spear them with a toothpick (as shown above), or you can just sit them on top of your foamy, frozen drink like two little boats of freshness on a sea of booze. Drop in a little umbrella to pretend you're on the beach instead of in your backyard.

5

Espresso, Kahlua and Irish Whiskey Frozen Cocktail

Similar to a "Chilly Irishman" (insert a giggle), this unique drink from Creative Culinary is sure to make you a living, breathing human again instead of a sweaty couch potato. What's better than iced coffee on a hot day? Iced coffee with whiskey, hands down.

You'll Need:
2 cups ice
4 oz cold espresso coffee
2 oz Kahlua
1.5 oz Irish Whiskey
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

What You'll Need To Do:
You guessed it: bust out the blender and give all of these ingredients a whirl. Top with shaved chocolate or cocoa nibs (pictured above) for a scrummy garnish and extra caffeine. No judgment.

6

Boozy Strawberry Lemonade

Anything with boozy in the name is going to be a winner. This boozy strawberry lemonade from Kitchen Treaty is no exception. Add a lil' vodka to this classic summer drink for the perfect sweet-and-sour cocktail experience.

You'll Need:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water + 2 cups water
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulls removed
3/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (from 6-8 large lemons)
3/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup Cointreau liqueur

What You'll Need To Do:
Add sugar and 1 cup water to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add remaining 2 cups water. Add to the pitcher of a blender along with strawberries, lemon juice, vodka, and Cointreau. Puree until completely smooth. Pour into a large freezer-safe container and seal with lid or plastic wrap. Carefully transfer to freezer. Freeze until solid, 4-6 hours.

Then take that sucker out, and bottoms up! Full disclosure, this recipe's creator warns that "boozy" is a bit of an understatement. These will knock you out. Stick to one or two, or cut back on the vodka, comrade.

7

Spiked Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate

This frozen drink from TheWellFlouredKitchen is everything we've ever dreamed of. Who doesn't like Mexican hot chocolate, for starters? And who doesn't want to enjoy that hot chocolate in a beautiful, spiced, frozen form like it's the most delightful, most unique Wendy's Frostie you've ever tasted?

3/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1-3 Tablespoons Tequila
2 Cups Ice Cubes

What You'll Need To Do:
Mix first 7 ingredients over low heat in a saucepan until the sugar, chocolate and cocoa have dissolved. Taste and adjust for more cinnamon/cayenne if desired. Remove from heat and cool. Chill until very cold.
Add 2 cups ice cubes, chilled hot chocolate and tequila to blender. Blend until desired slushy consistency. Pour into glasses and served topped with whipped cream, cinnamon and chocolate shavings.

We're drooling.

10

Frozen Peach Champagne Cocktail

This frozen peach champagne cocktail from Spend With Pennies may be the prettiest drink we've ever seen. This drink is prettier than us. This drink is so pretty that it came in first for Miss America and gave such a moving speech that we all almost forgot about how sexist the swimsuit competition is. Almost. And its prep-time is only five minutes. Sweet dreams are made of these, guys.

You'll Need:
4 oz Alizé Peach
2 cups frozen peach slices
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 cup ice
12 oz chilled champagne (or sparkling wine)
2 tablespoons grenadine

What You'll Need To Do:
Combine Alizé Peach, frozen peaches, powdered sugar and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth adding some of the champagne if extra liquid is needed.
Stir in remaining champagne.
Place 1/4 of the peach mixture in each glass. Add 1 tablespoon grenadine to each glass. Top with remaining peach mixture.
Garnish and serve.

Who doesn't want to try French vodka? Sounds like an oxymoron, sounds weirdly delicious. Take that, Russia.

11

Frozen Mezcal Palomas

Grapefruit is a godsend on hot days, and this drink from Maggie Hoffman on Serious Eats uses its tangy bitterness perfectly. Frozen Mezcal Palomas are a bit like a margarita, but not as over-the-top sweet, and that beautiful grapefruit gives it the perfect punch.

You'll Need:
4 ounces (120ml) fresh juice from 1 to 2 pink grapefruits
1 1/2 ounces (45ml) fresh juice from 2 limes
1 ounce (30ml) honey
4 ounces (120ml) mezcal
1/4 teaspoon (1g) kosher salt
2 cups ice (14 standard cubes)

What You'll Need To Do:
Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey, mezcal, and salt to a resealable container. Shake or stir to mix; make sure all honey is dissolved. Place in freezer for at least 4 and up to 10 hours. When ready to serve, add mezcal mixture and ice to a blender. Blend until uniform and pour into 2 glasses. Garnish each glass with half a lime wheel, if desired, and serve immediately.

Yeah, serve immediately! Why on earth would you want to hold off on this frozen goodness?

12

Pineapple Coolers

Nothing whisks you away from a hot kitchen than cool, fresh pineapple. These pineapple coolers from Pizzazzerie are escapism in a glass. Take one of these out by the pool and get your daydream on.

You'll Need:
4 cups pineapple chunks, chilled
1 1/2 cups ice
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup rum

What You'll Need To Do:
Blend, baby! Blend! Then garnish with a pineapple round, lime wedge, and sprig of mint for a fresh, tropical look.

13

Frozen Negroni

This frozen negroni recipe created by Elana Lepkowski from Serious Eats not only tastes heavenly, but it looks super beautiful too. Sophisticated and refreshing, these drinks are sure to be a hit at any summer party you throw. You'll need to prep them in advance, but they're well worth the wait.

You'll Need:
4 1/2 ounces gin, such as G'Vine or Fords
2 1/2 ounces Campari
2 1/2 ounces Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
3 cups ice (add more ice for thicker consistency)

What You'll Need To Do:
Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in an airtight container. Place in freezer and freeze for at least 8 hours and up to 3 days. When ready to serve, add chilled alcohol and ice to blender. Blend on high speed until uniform and smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into rocks glasses or small wine glass. Garnish with an orange slice and serve immediately.

The only difficulty here is leaving this delicious mixture in the freezer long enough to chill! Patience is a virtue, and so is great booze.

14

Frozen Blackberry Lemonade

These drinks look like beautiful cocktails that someone would serve in space. Or, like, in your living room with a big fan on. Another creative twist on lemonade, this frozen blackberry lemonade from Caffeine + Cuddles is surprisingly healthy and sugar-free! But don't worry, it doesn't sacrifice taste for your blood pressure. Best of both worlds.

You'll Need:
2 cups fresh blackberries, extra for garnish (optional)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup ice
1/2 cup Black Cherry Zevia (naturally sweetened soda)

What You'll Need To Do:
Just blend it all up, and add a lemon slice and some extra blackberries for a garnish. The color is ab-so-lutely gorgeous, and you don't need to worry about calorie counting on this one. We weren't going to worry about the calories either way, but it's a nice thought.

15

Cherry Cosmos

Look at these hefty guys! These frozen cherry cosmos from How Sweet It Is are pulling out the big booze guns. Nothing says, "Party Like the World's About To Burn To A Crisp" like drinks that require glasses bigger than your head.

What You'll Need For These Monsters:
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail ice cubes
1 cup regular ice cubes
1/2 cup tart cherry juice
1/2 cup vodka
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup Grand Marnier liqueur

What You'll Need To Do To Create These Beasts:
The night before, pour cranberry juice cocktail into your ice molds - you want enough to get about 2 cups of ice. To make the cosmos, blend the cranberry ice cubes, regular ice, tart cherry juice, vodka, lime juice and grand marinier together in a blender until it's slushie-like. Pour into glasses and garnish with rainer cherries and limes.

Bottoms up, bitches!
