This is called "Head Pressing"


"Head Pressing" is when the the affected pet stands close to a wall or other hard surface (furniture, the corner, etc) and literally presses their head against the surface.


It almost always signifies significant neurological illness

This could be a sign of:
- Hydrocephalus (water on the brain)
- Brain tumor
- Stroke
- Head trauma
- Inflammatory and infectious types of meningitis and encephalitis


This is a medical emergency!

Other symptoms include:
1. Walking In Circles
2. Pacing Around Anxiously and Aimlessly
3. Seizures
4. Irregular Reflexes
5. Visual Impairment


Make sure to take your pet to the vet so they can get better!
