 In Thailand, during a 200-hour yoga teacher training, we help our students to discover and channel their inner potential as a yoga instructor. Yogagati School was born out of a deep love and dedication to the practice of yoga and meditation. We don’t consider yoga teaching as work. For us, it’s a way of life, an ongoing journey that never fails to invigorate, inspire and enlighten.

Held in beautiful, tranquil retreats across the southern islands of Thailand, our Yogagati School yoga teacher training will help you explore your teaching style, guiding you to find your own teaching voice and identity. Our course delivers a comprehensive and in-depth curriculum that focuses on practice; breathing, meditation and awareness; the ancient philosophy of yoga and, of course, the art of teaching. Led by Patrycja, Yogagati founder and lead teacher, you will emerge from our course having experienced why yoga is a way of life, not just a form of exercise. Drawing upon more than ten years of teaching experience, Patrycja, supported by guest teachers, will guide you in the intensive and spiritual teachings and practices of yoga so that you gain the skills and experience to start teaching professionally. Even if you are not interested in teaching yoga, we can help you to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life while motivating you to deepen your practice and knowledge.
