Psychomania

Released in 1973, this film revolves around a gang of bikers who make a deal with the devil. They follow the devil's advice, but predictably get tricked by him into committing suicide. And yes, it is as bad as it sounds.

2

Cool as Ice

The film, made in 2003 and starring Vanilla Ice and Naomi Campbell, was actually a rap-orientated remake of "The Wild One". However, what set Marlon Brando and the actors in the original film apart from the remake was... acting talent. Cool as Ice is one of those films that is so bad, you almost have to watch it.

3

Biker Boyz

Another film made in 2003, and unfortunately another awful piece of cinema. The film centres around a group of working class guys who swap their jobs for riding motorbikes at weekends. The film centres around the efforts of one man, the president of the motorcycle club, and his attempts to reclaim his championship title. The film has Laurence Fishburne in it, but even that doesn't save it from being a total car crash.

4

Torque

Torque, made in 2004, features the story of a biker who is falsely accused of murdering his rival. Unfortunately for him, the rival happens to be the brother of the leader of the most dangerous biker gang in town. The premise of the film doesn't sound too bad, but it somehow manages to descend into absolute ridiculousness after less than 10 minutes. This clip reinforces what I'm talking about. Also marvel at the most obvious product placement for Mountain Dew and Pepsi ever.

She-Devils on Wheels

Released in 1968, this film has already gone some of the way to achieving its status as a cult classic. It's already widely regarded as one of the best "so bad, it's good" films of its time. The story revolves around a group of female bikers, who terrorise their local town. They come up against a rival group of bikers, who are all male, and fight to protect their territory. One of the reasons the film is so bad is that the actors were bikers first and foremost, not actors. When you add to this the mumbling over swear words to attempt to lower its classification, and the incredibly wooden feel to the entire feature, it's clear this film is awful.
