Loaded Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls

Crispy on the outside...creamy on the inside. What more do you want!? For this recipe you'll need to combine one box of made mashed potatoes, 3 slices of bacon crumbled in bacon bits, 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of chopped chives. Form into balls, roll in panko crumbs and then deep fry until golden brown. I told you...crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside!

2-ingredient Chili-Cheese Dip

It's like chili cheese fries, but in dip form. Wow. This is a super simple recipe. Take one block of cream cheese and mix it with a can of chili (heated on the stove). Serve with corn chips. Done and done!

Doritos Mozzarella Sticks With String Cheese

A double take of cheese! Start off by blitzing doritos in a blender until you end up with around 3 cups of crushed Doritos. Beat together 4 eggs with a 1/4 cup of milk. Dredge a string cheese stick in the egg mixture, then roll in doritos. Repeat until the Doritos are gone. Deep fry until golden brown. You've got genius mozzarella sticks that took seconds to put together.

Bacon-wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Bacon...good. Jalapeños...good...Mix together 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of pepper jack cheese and 1 clove of minced garlic. Stuff into the cavities of fresh jalapeño peppers, wrap each one with a half slice of bacon, then bake for 25 minutes at 400 F. Mmmmm...

Zucchini Parmesan Chips

These crispy, low carb snacks are perfect for a mid-afternoon cheese craving. Arrange slices of zucchini on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Top with a generous pile of freshly grated parmesan. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 F. Serve with marinara. Delicioso!

Hot Cheese Dip

What's better than a big 'ol casserole of melted cheese!? Add 2 cups of shredded mozzarella, 2 cup of shredded cheddar, 2 cups of mayonnaise, 1 minced onion and one can of drained chopped green chiles into a greased baking dish. Top with pepperoni and olives. Bake for 25 minutes at 325 F. Serve with chips. It's fatty, but it's oh, so good.

Mac 'n Cheese Balls

What's a cheese-focused snack list without mac 'n cheese balls!? Sprinkle some bread crumbs into a greased mini-muffin tin. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter with 2 tablespoons of flour along with 1/2 teaspoon each of onion powder, garlic powder and seasoning salt. Once smooth, add in 1 1/4 cups of milk, 2 cups of shredded cheddar, 1 cup of shredded swiss. Remove from heat, stir in 3/4 cups of biscuit mix and 2 beaten eggs. Add in 2 cups of cooked macaroni. Spoon into muffin tins and top with some additional cheddar cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 425 F.

Loaded Baked Potato Dip

This recipe takes the best parts of a baked potato and concentrates them down into a dip. Mix together 2 cups of sour cream. 2 cups of shredded cheddar, 8 slices of bacon, fried and cut into bits, 1/3 cup of chopped chives and 2 teaspoons of hot sauce. Serve with waffle fries and you're good to go!

Herbed Cheese Sticks

These could totally be served at a fancy french party. Spread pre-made pizza dough mixed with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder into a square shape on a greased baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and top with 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup of parmesan as well as 1 teaspoon of dry italian seasoning. Bake for 8 minutes at 450 F or until cheese is bubbling. Serve with marinara sauce.

Cheese Fries

The only thing better than ketchup with fries...is cheese with fries! Bake some frozen fries in the oven according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine one can of condensed cheddar soup, 1/4 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and a 1/4 tsp of onion powder in a saucepan. Heat through, then drizzle on fries. Sprinkle with paprika and your'e done! Yum city.

Swiss Cheese Bread

Kinda like a take on garlic bread. Make diagonal cuts into a loaf of french bread (but don't go all the way to the bottom). Mix together 1 cup of butter with 2 cups of shredded swiss, 3/4 teaspoons each of celery seed and garlic powder and 3 tablespoons of parsley flakes. Spread the butter in between the slices and overtop of the loaf. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 425 F while wrapped in foil. Remove foil for last 5 minutes of baking to allow the cheese to brown. Stringy yummy swiss cheese loaf!
