Inspired by the ethos of Burning Man, the creators of WhatTheFestival wanted to create a similar event, but on a smaller, more boutique scale. By limiting ticket sales, the festival has an intimate feel and allows fans to get up close and personal to the stages.

Founded by Live Nation, this festival is held in The Gorge Amphitheatre, a beautiful outdoor music venue known for hosting Sasquatch! With a sweeping view of the Columbia River, Paradiso is one of the most picturesque camping festivals you can go to.

This one might be more like Disneyland than a proper rave, but you can’t deny it’s fun. As the largest electronic music festival outside of Europe, Electric Daisy Carnival draws nearly half a million people to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Like Bass Coast, Shambhala helped build the vibrant electronic music scene in British Columbia. This particular festival is a family-run event that relies completely on volunteers and staff instead of corporate funding.
