Detective Duko is the one who shot Delphine in the season 3 finale.

After months and months of speculation as to who shot Delphine in the season 3 cliffhanger finale, we learn that all of our speculation was in vain. Why, because Detective Duko's character would not be introduced until season 4, thus making it impossible to have known that it was he who actually shot her until this season.

Evie Cho wasn't as powerful and irreplaceable as she thought she was.

In a twist of irony, after creating the PR nightmare of the century, Evie Cho finds out that she wasn't quite as irreplaceable as she thought she was. It's revealed that, from the very beginning, Susan's true motivation for getting her hands on the Leda DNA was to start another human cloning project.

It's true, Susan, being the pioneer behind Project Leda, is more interested in beginning a new generation of human cloning than she is finding a cure for the illness that plagues her original Leda clones.

Delphine is somehow connected to Dr. Van Lier.

Delphine gets shot by Detective Duko. Dr. Van Lier, who supposedly just happens to be in the area, picks up Delphine seconds later and then makes a call requesting help. We don't yet know why he was there, or how they are connected, but it appears that they are.

The "Psychopath" in the finale episode title refers to Rachel, who is willing to betray both her mother and sestra clones in order to rise to the status of Neolutions "top dog." "Dancing Mice" refers to the clones, devoid of free-will, Rachel plans to create.

After jumping in bed with BrightBorn, Rachel plans to use their technology to begin a new human cloning project, one where she will create lab-rat clones devoid of free-will. This is not the first time that Rachel's sanity has been called into question, that's for sure, however, this time she stabs her mother, Susan, along with Sarah, taking it to a whole new level.

They are not alone on the island.

There’s a small village on the island where a tribe of “Others” reside, along with a bearded Messenger. It is this same man that Rachel has been seeing in her visions. This Messenger appears to be carrying information back and forth to Susan. This tribe of others could very well be the original neolutionists, we'll just have to wait and see.

8

P.T. Westmoreland isn't dead.

Is this mysterious Messenger P.T. Westmoreland, the original founder of Neolution? Either way, according to Susan, P.T. is alive and well. Either he has found a way to expand his life well beyond his natural years, or perhaps he and the original neolutionsists have dabbled in a little cloning of their own. Whatever his secret is, we will just have to wait until next season to find out what it is.

9

Cosima found a cure.

Cosima finds the cure to what's ailing she and Charlotte, but no sooner has she done this, she finds herself locked out of the database and locked in a room by Susan. Susan plans to use Cosima's scientific breakthrough to restart human cloning instead of focusing on a cure. Learning this, Cosima makes off with the cure, and she and Charlotte are forced to run for their lives. But at the end of her nightmare is Delphine waiting for her, she runs straight into her arms and they are finally reunited.

While Krystal wasn't particularly I'mpressed with Sarah, and is very much on the wrong track, she has managed to gain some intel she knows will prove useful for the sestras, and calls Felix hoping to swing a deal in exchange for being brought into the loop.

Krystal, while having drinks with a friend, decides to call Felix and tell him that she has intel on Delphine's shooting and wants to meet. She makes it quite clear that she is tired of being "yanked around by her chain," left out of the loop, and wants in. She meets Sarah downstairs in the "Rabbit Hole" comic shop and is totally unimpressed with her. She refuses to accept that she and Sarah look anything alike, calling her a 7, while she, herself, has been told she is a 10.
