Viola Davis
After five nominations Viola Davis finally received the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in any Motion picture for her role as Rose Maxson in the movie "Fences" (Note: It's not "Hidden Fences" that's a different movie called "Hidden Figures"). She looked absolutely gorgeous in a yellow Michael Kors dress and I truly believe no one could've ever pulled the color off as perfectly as she did. Violas acceptance speech was just wonderful and she looked just as great when she presented Meryl Streep with the lifetime award a little later that night.
Claire Foy
Claire Foy picked a lovely sparkly gown by London-based designer Erdem. Let's be honest: Love it or hate it. It has a certain 80s vibe to and I believe it's cute and suits her really well. It's glamorous and shiny and what more could a girl possibly ask for? Last night Claire Foy accepted her first Golden Globe for her role as Queen Elizabeth II. in the Netflix drama series The Crown, thanking none other than the Queen herself while she accepted her award. Congrats!
Gillian Anderson
We've certainly come a long way from these rather memorable 90s Golden Globe outfits, (some of these were hilarious and even Gillian herself likes to point that out) but the actress certainly looks incredible in a glittering tulle ivory gown by Jenny Peckham. She accompanied friends and the cast of The Crown to the ceremony.
