Christmas Day is fast approaching and while things may look different this year, there's certain traditions that will live through it all. You may choose to stick to some safe activities (baking, watching movies, walking and seeing all the lights), or you may choose to skip this year... Whatever feels most appropriate, you can find comfort in recognizing that next year, Christmas Day should be good to go as before! So it's time think back to your favorite Christmas' in the past and put together your ideal day. Pick what you like best, and we'll give you a great 2021 resolution.

You wake up at 7am on Christmas Day...

What's the first thing you do?

How many gifts do you tend to receive?

What are you having for breakfast?

Which holiday movie are you watching?

How about gingerbread houses?

Are you making one?

Are you walking around your neighborhood to see all the Christmas lights and decor?

How many gatherings are you attending?

Which Christmas dish are you most looking forward to?

What about dessert?

Which satisfies your sweet tooth most?

Will you be going to bed early or savoring every second left of Christmas?

Spend more time with family and friends

2020 was a challenging year to complete this goal, but we have a great feeling 2021 is going to make it much easier. While at first this could mean more get-togethers over Zoom, as soon as it's deemed safe to do so, we strongly encourage you to make the best of this coming year and spend it with all your loved ones! Step outside your comfort zone, surround yourself with positive people, and live each day to the fullest. You got this!

Based on the options you chose, we think you'd benefit from investing more in yourself.
What this means is taking a step back from your busy life, prioritizing self-care and giving yourself frequent breaks. For everyone it looks different, though we suggest finally taking that class related to your passion or making that lifestyle change that's always been on your mind! Remember, taking care of your mental health is equally as important as the emphasis you may put on your physical health. You got this!
