Catnip yesss Catnip and it's not just for kitties!

Aside from giving it to your kitty for them to be well silly if that's what you wan't to call it ;D It is used for humans as well for upset stomachs, anxiety, and tension in muscles and joints. All you have to do is throw some in your tea, take a few catnip leaves over boiling water for a few minutes and drain and add to any tea flavor it's very sweet. No health concerns to worry about.
