Florida security cameras recently caught this video footage of a woman, who has now been identified as 19-year-old Carmen Chamblee, setting a vehicle on fire.

Chamblee thought the vehicle belonged to her ex-boyfriend. It actually belonged to Thomas Jennings, a complete stranger to Chamblee. An ABC news report talked to Jennings about the incident, which you can watch here:

Chamblee was caught within the week and is now in police custody.
