2. Brew your favorite coffee.
3. Chill coffee overnight.
4. Pour coffee over ice, about 75-80% full.

What you'll need:
-2 cups strong coffee, chilled
-1/4 cup raspberry-flavored syrup
-1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream
-18 ice cubes (about 2-1/2 cups)
-6 scoops coffee-flavor ice cream

How to make it:

1. Place 1 cup of the coffee, the raspberry-flavor syrup, the half-and-half or light cream, and the ice cubes in a blender container. Cover and blend until the ice is finely crushed. Add the remaining coffee. Cover and blend on the lowest speed just until combined.

2. To serve, pour the coffee mixture into glasses. Top each glass with a scoop of coffee-flavor ice cream and, if desired, chocolate shavings.

-1 cup milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-3 tsp honey

How to make it:

1. Drop the walnuts in the blender and blend into a powder.

2. Add milk, chocolate chips, vanilla ice cream, vanilla essence, instant coffee powder and honey to it and blend well until creamy and smooth.

3. Serve in glass with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
