He conquered lands surrounding Egypt and expanded it's boarders. He made sure to leave his mark by building many monuments celebrating himself and his bravery and strength.

Akenaten rejected the many gods that Egyptians had worshipped for thousands of years in favor of the the sun disk Aten.
