The 10 most expensive houses on the market in Northamptonshire

Rightmove say this house is in Towcester, but the location map seems to suggest that Adstone is the place to be for a big house. If house number one is out of your price range, £4.25m can get you this Grade Two Listed house with barns, a cottage, landscaping and more.

If you fancy living in rural Winwick, you can buy this house and get change from £3m. The Georgian house has even got a billiard room and a 35ft drawing room.
