Design, Size, and Shape:
At the first glimpse, the camera looks just like GoPro. Even though there are really minute changes in the design of the camera but there are several other distinctive features which makes it comparatively better than the others. The sleek design makes it easier to carry your SJ4000 camera anywhere you want. The rectangular in shape and almost 30x59x41 mm, or about 1x2x1.6 inches in size makes it impeccably appropriate. Amazing, isn’t it?
Specifications:
We’ve already talked about the shape, design, and size of the camera so let’s get to the specifications now. It is basically a CMOS camera with a field view of 170 degrees. The camera has the ability to record at 1920x1080P (30fps), 1280x720P (60fps), 848×640(60fps), and 648×480 (60fps). This clearly indicates that the camera can easily record at a high-resolution giving you a high-quality video result. Just like the videos, the pictures captured with the SJ4000 are simply flawless too. It captures JPG images at 12MP, 10MP, 8MP, 5MP, 3MP, 2MHD (1080), VGA (480), and 1.3M (960). These images and videos are saved on the MicroSD card. Other than this it also supports a micro SD card of up to 32 GB. The best thing about the camera is that it is water resistant which means it won’t damage easily.
Battery:
The one thing which diverts everyone’s attention is the battery of the device. Obviously, charging the camera over and over again can be really annoying. This is the main reason why the SJ4000 camera is designed with 900 mAH Li-on battery which is removable and replaceable. This means you can easily swap the battery anytime you want. It almost takes three hours to fully charge the battery which lasts for 70 minutes if used constantly. Just one thing, the lock which holds the battery in is a little hard to slide open that might take your time. But that isn’t a really big issue, right?
Pros/advantages of the SJ4000:

· The battery life is limited to 70 minutes (which is a lot less than expected). This is the main reason why you need two batteries.
· It is somewhat difficult to open up the battery cover (sliding open the battery cover).
