In fact, some of us who are considered overweight are healthier than other slender people.

Which means that YES, you can be overweight and confident at the same time.

Chances are, we know we're on the heavy side. There's no need to bring it to our attention.

You don't need to act as a food coach whenever we eat together.

Some people are overweight for reasons beyond their control.

This means that poor lifestyle choices and diet are NOT always the cause.

Our clothes cost more.

Just because we're overweight does not mean that we can't do certain activities.
