Michael Brown Jnr was only 18 when he was shot and killed by Officer Darren Wilson

Brown had recently graduated from high school and was headed to High School

If Brown already purchased the cigarillos then no such robbery took place, then Brown was not in an aggressive mindset when he encountered Officer Wilson.
