Matthew Boggan (12) was with 10 of his family members flying from La Guardia to vacation in Palm Beach, Florida when their flight was delayed. It was delayed for 17 hours, June 1st 2016.
He filmed the gate agent, when she batted the phone out of his hand. His family are accusing the airline of child abuse and have taken their case to court. Do they have a case?
