Identify just one thing that you can remove from the list. What do you really dread doing? Take that one off your list. Just like your closet, you need to pare down what you spend you time on. Studies show if you prioritize just 3-5 projects, you will be more successful.

You’re a leader or own your own business. You wear lots of different hats, juggling many demands, and have a To Do List a mile long. You always have something to do, and rarely relax.

What you can do to get less busy: Make a list of everything that you have to do for each project you have: business, yoga, etc. Then ask yourself, if you really have time for it all. (You may freak out about this, but if your schedule is too full you need to take things off). Cross items off the list that are low priority. Once you have a realistic to do list, schedule everything that you have to do on your calendar. Make sure you include down-time – if it’s on the schedule it’s as good as done!

Make a commitment to keep your appointments with yourself. This can be a difficult one, but try this out for a month.
