Rats are seriously one of the greatest creatures on this magnificent planet. They are highly empathetic and smart. They can learn tricks like dogs, be shoulder buddies, safely eat most of the food we humans eat, they will steal your heart when given the chance! Rats do need a nice cage, hammocks, a good diet such as Oxbow regal rat kibble. They will be your best friend until their last breath.
