Lancashire recommends... boutique dress shops

Blossom Boutique, in Marsh Mill Village, Thornton Cleveleys, topped our online poll with 45 per cent of the votes.
The shop caters for all ages and shapes, with sizes from six to 26 and offers a personal shopping experience.
It stocks a wide range of outfits, accessories, jewellery, handbags and even toiletries for the ultimate pamper experience.
The boutique, which is open seven days a week, 10am until 4pm, also stocks a unique range of greeting cards.
It also hosts charity events and ladies nights, the most recent raising funds for Brian House Children’s Hospice, in Blackpool.

Two Birds Boutique, in St George’s Avenue, Cleveleys, came second in our online poll.The store sells a wide variety of clothing items, shoes and handbags, as well as jewellery and gifts such as candles, cards and glassware. It caters for all shapes, up to size 20, with many dresses and tops one size fits all.

Best Dressed Guest Boutique, in Leyland Lane, Leyland, specialises in prom, casual fashion, footwear and accessories.
All its designs are celebrity inspired in all the latest fabrics and colour pallets.
The shop stocks outfits for sizes up to 22. Dresses go up to size 16.
It also sells a range of giftware to peruse.
Street parking is available for customers.

Tatters, of Longton, is an independent ladies boutique, which was established in March 2005 by Joanne Barlow who has more than 20 years of experience in fashion. It offers a collection of individual pieces for all ages, sizes and styles which are sourced worldwide. Each item is hand selected with the aim of providing a unique, and stylish range.
New styles arrive daily to offer the ultimate choice.

Room 12, in Dalton Square, Lancaster, is an established boutique for more than 15 years. It has two floors of clothing and shoes and also sells the Knocker Jotter book of photos of cancer survivors showing their scars, in aid of CancerCare North Lancashire and South Lakeland.
