Bajadera is a praline from nougat which is enriched with almond, hazelnuts from the species of Corylus avellana or walnuts from the Juglans species which gives it a specific and recognizable taste. Place of origin is Croatia.

Ruske kape (Trans. Russian Caps) are a type of cake dessert served in Balkan countries, especially in Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia. It usually comes in a 6-inch-wide (150 mm), round serving and includes coconut around the edge or sometimes crushed walnuts. The top is usually chocolate drizzled with vanilla. The center includes layers of alternating vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes a mocha flavor.
This dessert comes served chilled, usually on colorful plates drizzled with chocolate. It can be eaten with a fork but is sometimes eaten in a casual manner; people eat it like a cupcake with the hands.

Schaumrollen, or Schillerlocken, are an Austrian confection. They consist of a cone or tube of pastry, often filled with whipped cream or meringue. Also called foam rollers, they are a bags or roll-shaped puff pastry, which is sweetened with whipped cream or meringue, or sometimes filled with an unsweetened cream puree. They are about 3 inches (7.6 cm) wide. The pastries are made by wrapping thin pastry strips spirally around a cone shaped sheet metal tube, which is then coated and baked. The sweet version is often rolled in coarse sugar or powdered sugar before baking.
