Ramona Victoria "Rammy" Flowers is an American expatriate who lived in New York and now works as a "Ninja delivery girl" for Amazon.ca in Canada. She is 24 years old and Scott's main love interest. She reveals very little and is very guarded about her past in New York before she moved to Toronto. She is capable of traveling through Subspace and has seven evil exes who challenge Scott for her affection. When fighting, she typically uses an over sized mallet as her weapon, which she can retrieve from her purse through the use of subspace. She changes her hairstyle frequently and becomes anxious when Gideon is mentioned or brought up. Due to her power over Subspace travel thanks to the Glow, her head begins to glow when she is upset or jealous, though she herself is unaware of this until Kim Pine brings attention to it in Volume 5. Ramona now owns Scott's old sword, the "Power of Love".

You got Envy Adams
Natalie V. "Envy" Adams is Scott Pilgrim's ex-girlfriend who brutally dumped Scott in college prior to the events of the book. Initially a quiet, mousey girl, she decides to change herself and her image, becoming more callous and aggressive and eventually taking over Scott's band and dumping him. She later reappears, introduced in the series as the lead singer and keyboardist for the popular emerging band The Clash at Demonhead, no longer going by "Nat" or "Natalie". Scott describes her original personality as being "nice" and does not understand what she has since become (claiming in the movie, "You used to be so nice!"). Envy was in a relationship with Ramona's ex-boyfriend Todd Ingram and claims to know about Ramona's past.

Knives Chau is a 17-year-old Chinese-Canadian high school girl and self-described "Scottaholic" (though she later gets over him). Once the doting girlfriend of Scott, he broke up with her after he met Ramona (though he initially "forgot" to break up with her). Initially a quiet, typical school girl, after their break-up, she cut and dyed her hair and changed her clothing style, hoping to win Scott back by becoming more of a hipster.

You Got Kim Pines
Kimberly "Kim" Pine is Scott's ex-girlfriend and also the drummer for Sex Bob-omb, Scott's band. During gigs (or even just when practicing at home) Kim counts in the band, usually by screaming some variation of: "We are Sex Bob-omb!!" She is 23 years old and was Scott's first girlfriend, whom he "saved" from Simon Lee back in high school. She has a sarcastic personality and is known to be a misanthrope. You might say that she has somewhat of an inferiority complex, as she looks down at her knees, sullen, and laments Envy's beauty. Kim is employed at No-Account Video throughout the series.

Julie Powers is the social glue binding most of the characters in the series together, though she herself is a comparatively unimportant character. She frequently hosts parties, introduces characters to each other, and is known to be a full-time bitch and a half.

Roxanne "Roxie" Richter (sometimes spelled "Roxy") is Ramona's fourth Evil Ex and the only ex-girlfriend. She was born on the moon and is also a Half-Ninja. She dated Ramona while they both attended The University of Carolina in the Sky.

You got Stacey Pilgrim
Stacey Pilgrim is Scott's 19-year-old younger sister. She works at the same Second Cup with Julie Powers and is also friends with Ramona. She's based on (and named after) Bryan Lee O'Malley's real sister Stacey. She sometimes calls Scott her little brother, probably because she is more grown up and mature. She has no problem interjecting her opinions and morals into Scott's life. She apparently keeps up via Wallace's texts, so they could be considered friends, though she sometimes expresses bitterness to Wallace when he constantly steals her boyfriends.
