Are you thinking of making the shift to veganism? From personal experience, it's not as easy as one may think. You've got to give up all dairy products, meat products, etc. You've got to think twice when going to order coffee or going out to a simple brunch! Are they making your pancakes with any milk? Will the breakfast spot have a vegan alternative to your favorite egg dish? What about cheese: will they have dairy-free cheese? All the questions to be asked can make it a bit exhausting.

However, it's also not as difficult as one may think! 2022 is a completely different food world than, let's say, 10-15 years ago. Many more people are food-cautious and care about how what they're eating carries an impact on the environment.
