Can you believe these cookies only have 2 ingredients? Yep, that's right. They're also gluten-free, paleo, and very low in sugar! They're a snap to whip up too, making them perfeeeect for kids. All you need to do is finely shred already shredded coconut, which acts as flour... And then the bananas substitute for the typical eggs AND sugar. That's all it takes to make this recipe supremely healthy!

Not only are these turkey strips delicious and crunchy, but they're healthy too! Cut the breadcrumbs in half and substitute for some shredded coconut. Egg whites are used instead of whole eggs and you've got yourself a high-protein, low-carb snack.
