Mount Joy Area Historical Society
What: Gather historical information, research your genealogy and check out artifacts.
When: 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays or by reservation.

What: Experience paranormal activity in a tour of this brewery.
When: 10 p.m., first and third Fridays of the month.

What: The park is ideal for walkers, bikers and nature observers alike. Trails take visitors past a butterfly garden, rain garden, bird sanctuary and horseshoe pits.

What: This library opened in 1999 and was named the Best Small Library in America by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Library Journal in 2006. Programs include author visits, book discussions and activities for kids.
When: Mondays to Thursdays 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mount Joy Park
What: The 5.28 acre borough park is ideal for kids and athletes. The grounds include a baseball field, Kunkle FIeld, and a playground area, Kid Joy Land.
