Your favourite dwarf from Snow White and the seven dwarfs may have been Dopey! Can you imagine him with a voice?
Yep, Dopey was supposed to be voiced! But Walt Disney couldn't find anyone that made the cut, so we ended up with our lovely, quiet, differently awesome dwarf Dopey. Would you have it any other way, though?
Ever heard of 'the classic three Disney princesses'?
The ones in this picture you could call 'classic' since they are pre Anna, Elsa, or Rapunzel, but 'the classic three' are known as Aurora, Snow White, and Cinderella, because they are the three princesses that Walt Disney actually saw made before his death.
In case you didn't catch Rapunzel in Frozen:
Here's the picture! It happens when Anna rushes out of the palace in the song for the first time in forever. It is said that Anna and Elsa are cousins with Rapunzel, due to similarity in looks (similar animation.) Rapunzel's mother and Anna and Elsa's mother were possibly sisters, though it makes more sense to look at pictures to see and decide for yourself.
Is Aurora your favorite princess? She appeared in the film Sleeping Beauty for only....
....18 minutes! She is the princess that is shown the least amount of time in her own movie. There isn't a true reason why, but if you do want one, she was sleeping, after all. Aurora's mother also never had a name in the movie!
Life's too short
A song we lost from Frozen was called 'Life's too short'. It was a wonderful song, but had to be removed and replaced by for the first time in forever due to changing the entire movie. Check the video out on youtube, and note when Anna speaks of a 'prophecy'. It would have had a reprise too! It has happened before though. Ursula was meant to have another musical number, and so did Megara from Hercules. Even earlier, Elsa looked very different.
Elsa's hair
Here. See any resemblance? Also, Rapunzel has 70 feet of hair, and around 100,000 strands animated. Impressive, right? Elsa has even more! She may not have 70 feet, but she has more animated strands of hair than Rapunzel. Merida has a ton of hair too! And in 'Let It Go', Elsa gets her braid by pulling her braid out.
Kitty! (This counts as Disney)
Boo from Monsters Inc.'s real name is Mary (after the voice actress that played her). People are pretty sure she is one of the kids at Sunnyside in Toy Story 3. It's Disney, so you never know! When Monsters, Inc was being made, little Mary Gibbs was too little to sit down and say her lines, so they people followed her around with microphones.
