Dempsey was only seven months old when he was dumped outside of a drug store in Georgia.

When he was finally picked up by Dekalb County Animal Services it was clear he had a severe case of mange and an eye infection. Things weren't looking good for Dempsey.

Dempsey found his way to the Friends of The Forlorn Pitbull in Atlanta, who wasted no time in giving Dempsey medical baths and truck loads of anti-biotics. The most important healing tool of all? Plenty of lovin!

Dempsey went from looking like he was covered in one giant scab, to a happy, healthy pup!
