The name of this delicious monstrosity? "The Pimple Popper". Of course.

The nausea is overwhelming, but I also want to eat this cupcake?

These cakes were made as a gift for Pimple Popping wizard, Dr. Sandra Lee! We're sure she enjoyed them, but these are a little too lifelike for our taste...
