So, providing food is the first stage for an education program where you need to ensure that each and every kid is getting enough food.

2.Educational Atmosphere

It is necessary for these kids a place which they can call the school as it is as important as food. You can start teaching anywhere with good and compassionate teachers, but for these kids a place is necessary. To make them understand the importance of education and turn serious, you need to give them a good atmosphere where they can be shut off with the outer world and focus on learning. We are not saying to get a fancy place but a location which is little isolated to teach kids in Africa.

3. Safety

The most important element of the program is to connect with these kids emotionally so you can gain their trust. You can not just impose learning and school on the kids. You need to understand their situation and how they feel to make them understand how important education is for them. Once you do this, most of the children will take active participation in learning and studying.
