Brainstorming: 
First of all prepare notes where you summarize your experiences in 2-3 sentences. Note, sentences would be descriptive in nature but concise. 
Gather material and important points that emerge in your mind. Collect quotations and summarize the passages. Prepare a note of specific experiences, images etc.

Prepare a chart.

It will assist you to track your ideas. 
In the first column, state your experiences as in how author was treated by his friend. Cite any details you found important. 
In the second column, express your response in first column. You should describe what subjective values, beliefs and experiences influenced your response. 
In the third column, you should describe the amount of information that needs to be shared in the response. 
Ask yourself a series of questions to gauge your own response: It could be What social, cultural or emotional experiences you faced? 
How that particular experience, lecture or reading on friendship topics changed the writer’s way of thinking etc. 
What you expect of the introduction paper: Based on the title- state your experiences based on precious knowledge. 

Prepare a thesis statement

After the introduction of the friendship essay, transform the transition of introduction to a final conclusion. It will state whether your expectations were met or not. 
Elucidate the concluding statements: Write the body paragraphs at the end of the reading, experiences or lessons explaining the reasons for buying research papers citing concrete details. It would describe your feelings and understanding as a result. In some case, one or two conflicts arise but majority should support your concluding statement. 
Reveal the information intelligently: It includes subjective opinions and feelings. If you are uncomfortable with any personal experience, write in general, citing concerns academically and on professional terms. 

Maintain a professional and academic tone

Keep your thoughts organized and state them sensibly. 
Avoid dragging other person in your writing: Even if they have made your experience bitter. Instead of saying “Bob was a jerk and talked me rudely’ Say- “One man made my experiences bitter and used harsh words.” Stay away from first person pronoun “I”. 
Don’t use slangs, incorrect spellings, abbreviations like “LOL” etc. Double check spellings and sentence structure. 
Use transitional shifts: It will help you to introduce arguments and details linking one experience with the other.
