Spicy Foods are Healthy or Dangerous?

It's been a debated topic all around the world whether eating spicy food is good or bad for us? Well, my answer to this question is, it depends on the person's health, personal choice, and various other factors. So, here goes the reasoning part of whether spices are healthy or not?

A limited amount of spicy food is good to go with. For example - Capsaicinoids, a compound found in members of the capsicum family have generally known to create the spicy taste. This compound carries health benefits. So we can conclude that eating spicy food at a limited well won't harm you.
