1 1/2 ounces Bristow gin

1 1/4 ounces Dolin rouge vermouth

1/4 ounce Hoodoo chicory liqueur

One strip grapefruit peel

Pepper grinder

In a mixing glass, combine gin, vermouth and Hoodoo. Add ice and stir. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a king ice cube. Twist grapefruit peel over drink and discard peel. Garnish with one delicate twist of pepper over the ice cube. Serves: 1
