Registration for LIC e-Services (For the Ones Already Registered at the LIC Portal)
The ones who had already registered at the LIC portal cam start availing the e-Services right away just by completing necessary formalities and filling the required form.
At the LIC portal, click on e-Services, login with your user ID and password.
The next step is registration of the policies that you hold. Fill up the provided form with the required details to get an access to the e-Services available for your policy. After you have duly filled in the details, print the form, put your signature wherever required and upload the scanned copy of the form with the scanned image of your Government ID such as your Aadhaar Card or PAN Card or Passport.
Your application shall be verified by the offices and after it has been successfully verified an E-mail and a SMS confirming your accessibility to the e-Services will be delivered to you.
Registration for LIC e-Services for The Ones Not On LIC Portal
For the ones who have not registered themselves on the LIC portal already, they need to visit www.licindia.in and click on the tab ‘New user'. Clicking on the tab would require you to choose an user ID and password and you also need to fill in all the necessary information as asked. To avail the required e-Services for your respective policies click on ‘e-Services’ and register the policies that you hold and fill in the prescribed form duly with all the necessary details.
Get a printout of the form, put your signature, scan the respective form and upload it with the scanned copy if your Aadhaar Card, or PAN Card or Passport as your Government ID.
After your application has been verified successfully you shall receive an Email or a SMS conveying that you are ready to use LIC e-Services.

The facilities to look forward to after availing e-Services by LIC include everything you may do at a branch office, from online payments to registration of complaints. Lets discuss the facilities elaborately:
·        Online Payments- Pay renewal premiums, loan interest, repay loan online with LIC Online Login in one go. There are a myriad number of payment options to choose from such as Net Banking, UPI, Credit cards, Debit cards, BHIM. You can pay via VISA, MasterCard or Rupay in case you are going for Debit cards. Pay via VISA, MasterCard or Ames in case you are making the payment via a Credit card.
The renewal premiums can be met within a month prior to the date of renewal.
·        Policy schedule- Policy schedule is the structure of the policy explained in a gist. The outline of the policy and it’s covers can be viewed in the first page of the policy bond. Policy schedule will be available for the policyholder on the online portal.
·        Policy Status- A detailed outline of the policy which would include the LIC policy status without registration or registration like policy term, sum assured, Date of Commencement etc. Will be available on the LIC Login.
·        Bonus Status- The amount of bonus accumulated under the policy held which is payable only at the time of maturity will be displayed.
·        Loan Status- Details about the loan taken, total outstanding loan, due interest etc. are displayed.
·        Claims Status- Any survival benefit or maturity benefit due under the policy during the policy term will be displayed.
·        Premium due calendar and Premium paid certificates- The details of the premiums outstanding will be displayed as a reminder to the customers, also the history of premium paid will be displayed in individual or consolidated policies during the whole of the financial year.
·        Claim history- The customer may view whether there is any claim left unpaid under the policy. Also the date of payment, cheque/NEFT details and amount of pay will be displayed.
Grievance Registration- The customer will get to register in case he has any grievances with the services in the portal itself. Therefore LIC Online Login has much more to offer than just satisfactory services.
