What Type of Organization Should You Support in 2018?

You seem to have a genuine love for animals! Lucky for you, there are tons of organizations that advocate for animal rights, protect endangered species, along with shelters/rescues that help treat, rehabilitate and re-home millions of companion animals in need of care.
At Hupy and Abraham, we have a close relationship with the Wisconsin Humane Society, and choose to volunteer, promote animals waiting for a home and help fund their efforts to provide low-cost veterinary care to families in need.

As attorneys, we think these values are critical. At Hupy and Abraham, we work with and support several organization like the Milwaukee Justice Center, Centro Legal, the WI Law Foundation and the Legal Aid Society. These organizations provide civil and legal resources to those in our communities in need.

We depend on our children’s access to education, and the arts, as they are the foundations of a healthy community. Organizations that work to ensure children have access to academic support and mentorship, as well as personal expression through music, art and theater are great to rally behind.
At Hupy and Abraham, we personally see the value in supporting organizations like SHARP Literacy, the YMCA and First Stage Children’s Theater - organizations that all have a real impact on kids and teens.

It’s clear that you care deeply about helping people, especially those who have suffered from life-changing diseases. Luckily, many great organizations are working to find cures, or to provide meaningful assistance to people whose lives have been changed by serious medical conditions.
At Hupy and Abraham, we make it a priority to dedicate time and financial assistance to life-changing organizations in our communities like Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, the UW Cancer Research Center and the MDA!
