Here, we take a look at some of the best and worst celebrity endeavours in the world of car customisation.

BEST: David Beckham's 2008 Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé
Sporting 24-inch wheels, teak decking, a black Spirit of Ecstasy, a multi-media entertainment unit and Beckham's '23' shirt number embroidered on the seats, this beauty of a beast epitomises classy customisation. It's not afraid to scare the pigeons either, packing a V12, 6.7 litre, 452-horsepower engine under the hood, capable of reaching 150mph. It's a shame Becks had to part ways with it, selling it for 250k in 2012.
BEST: Deadmau5's Purrari
Embodying the spirit of tongue-in-cheek, Canadian music producer and performer Deadmau5 caused a marmite of a reaction with his pimped out Nyan Cat themed Ferrari 458 Spider. Taking inspiration from the 2011 YouTube video of the same name, which merged a Japanese pop song with a flying cartoon cat, Deadmau5's fans loved the pimped out car. The same cannot be said for Ferrari though, who sent the artist a cease and desist letter requiring the custom emblems be removed. Boo!
BEST: Chris Brown's Fighter Jet Lamborghini Gallardo
With a F-86 Sabre fighter jet theme, complete with specially painted on rivets, it's the closest thing to four-wheeled flying. It's not the most subtle of paint jobs though and you might be wondering why it made it onto this side of the list. The answer to that question lies with our inner child, who's currently donning his aviators and feeling the need for speed.
WORST: Justin Bieber's Chrome Fisker Karma
Not content with just one appearance on this list, Justin Bieber returns with an eye watering second entry, wrapping his range-extended luxury electric sport sedan with a chrome finish. You can't deny the beauty of the car underneath the wrap, but to enjoy this one, you'll need an extra thick pair of sunglasses.
BEST: Paris Hilton's Bentley GT Continental
Epitomising celebrity self-indulgence, Paris Hilton's pimped out Bentley brings to life her childhood dream of being a real life Barbie. With a bright cherry blossom pink exterior/interior, steering wheel and hubcaps, it's hard to ignore the theme of this custom job. With PH emblazoned on the hood ornament and across the seats, this £150,000 car also sports a diamond-encrusted dashboard. Love it or hate it, from boot to bonnet it sets the pimping bar high.
WORST: Will.i.am's DeLorean
Wanting to be known for his motors as much as his music, hip-hop artist and will.i.am decided to branch out into the automobile business. His first product was a futuristic looking white car, called IAMAUTO. Under closer inspection it was revealed to be a painted DeLorean DMC-12 made famous from the 80's movie Back to the Future. Managing to strip away everything that made the original car cool, this bland custom job was eventually impounded for not having plates.
WORST: Flo Rida's Gold Bugatti Veyron
Undeniably cool, the Bugatti Veyron is famous for its sleek design, fast speeds, high cost and notable clientele. Gold is synonymous with wealth and power, so on paper musician Flo Rida had a promising idea when he decided to add a gold chrome wrap to his beautiful sports car. Described as "like putting a moustache on the Mona Lisa" by one Twitter user, this was perhaps one idea that should have remained on paper.
