Bully Called Me 'Fat' Constantly & Doesn't Recognize Me Now!

This guy I used to talk to for a while there has recently been trying to talk to me I don't think he fully recognizes me but he used to really treat me bad in the past. It was difficult though he used to play really good mind games and trick me into being friendly to hurt me. What should I do, would you ever give somebody who used to bully you a chance?
