The Perfectionist
The Perfectionist
As an 'Over-Doer', you tend to have low self-esteem which makes you take on more work to try to boost your confidence by showing that you can do it all. You can never say no when people ask you for help and you, yourself can’t ask for help when you have too much to do. As a procrastinator you are indecisive and unassertive due to all the different
responsibilities. When you have time to relax by yourself, you feel guilty because you think you should be working.
The Dreamer
The Dreamer
Dreamers want life to be easy and pleasant. As a result, you will avoid anything that may prove to be difficult. This leads to procrastination. You are known for your ideas rather than execution as work can seem tedious and boring. As a dreamer, you don't pay a lot of attention to facts and figures in your work resulting in difficulties to complete specific tasks. You believe that fate will intervene in your life to magically help you with what you are doing.
The Crisis-Maker
The Crisis-Maker
You are an adrenaline junky. You thrive on and even create near disasters because they’re exciting. You tend to get bored easily and don't like to do things in a rational way because it doesn't give you a thrill. You often begin by ignoring the task for as long as possible then you get fixated on it (one extreme to the other).
The Defier
The Defier
As a defier you resent being controlled by others and you challenge it by procrastinating. You also feel oppressed by mundane chores. Let's be honest you can be pessimistic by nature which makes you lack motivation to complete things in a timely manner. In order to appear nice and cooperative to others, you try to not express any negativity directly and instead show your feelings indirectly by procrastinating.

The Worrier
The Worrier
You tend to lack confidence in your abilities, so you either delay or avoid doing things altogether. You are also very indecisive and resistant to change. Let's be honest, you fear risk, the unknown and always think "what if?". This results in you being very dependent on the people around you for advice, reassurance and for help.
