What Kind Of Dolphin Are You?

You are a bottlenose dolphin! Bottlenose dolphins are very playful and athletic. They love to jump high in the air, and have been recorded leaping over 16 feet high! Bottlenose dolphins are known for their intelligence, and because of this, are commonly placed in captivity to entertain guests.

You're a dusky dolphin! Dusky dolphins are very social, and have been recorded living in groups (also called pods) of up to 1,000 dolphins at a time! They use these large groups to hunt massive schools of fish, but will divide into subgroups once they have gotten their fill. Like all other dolphins, dusky dolphins are very intelligent and use a combination of squeaks, chirps, and clicks to communicate to other members of the pod.

You're a common dolphin! Common dolphins are very playful animals, and create close bonds with their pod members through this play. Common dolphins spend time bow riding, and teasing each other. Common dolphins have also been reported to look like they are moving through the water effortlessly.

You're an orca! Orcas, or killer whales, are the largest members of the dolphin family, sizing up to about 21 feet long! Orcas are known as the 'killer whale' because these dolphins are the top predators of the ocean. Orcas will eat anything from fish and squid, all the way to penguins and seals. You're a spinner dolphin! Spinner dolphins are very creative animals. They are typically seen jumping vertically out of the water while spinning, then splashing down into the waves. Spinner dolphins are also intelligent, and have a hierarchy within each pod. A dominant female usually leads the pod.

You're a spotted dolphin! Spotted dolphins are known to be a bit introverted, living in pods of only 30 members. Spotted dolphins migrate long distances, depending on the season. These pods are typically not led by a single dolphin, but research has shown that spotted dolphins appear to be completely in-sync with each other.
