You have to go out there and get what you want, or someone else will. You may think you are surrounded by only your opponents or people who dislike you, but once you keep moving past that, you're in a whole new world with many opportunities waiting for you.

You may not be the best at everything but don't let that discourage you from trying something out. People often think that they're not good enough just because they can't do something. The people who care about you will love you no matter what you can or cannot do. Just because you failed that science quiz does not mean you can't do well in anything else; maybe you're not a science person. Just because you cried during the movie doesn't mean you're not strong, maybe you're sensitive to certain things. And just because you chose not to go out at night alone doesn't mean you're not brave; you're being cautious and this is actually a smart choice. Having weaknesses in some areas does not define you as a whole. No one is good at everything; we're only human. If you always downplay yourself, you will always think something is wrong with you, when really nothing is. With the support of the people you love, the possibilities are endless for what you can actually achieve. You just have to take a chance and trust yourself.
