What is Convo?

Convo is a creation tool on the Playbuzz platform that allows you to present any interview, conversation, or sequence of events in a way that aligns perfectly with today’s content-consumption habits. It provides a layout and feel that resembles an instant or text messaging conversation. Using the look and feel of today’s most common way of communicating, Convo gives you the opportunity to transform your content into an easier and more interesting experience for your readers.

What can Convo be used for?

Interviews
Real or fictional conversations between different people
Timeline of events
Breaking down bigger stories into smaller chunks of information
Introducing different people, actors to subjects at the beginning of your item

How do I create a Convo?

The first step is to click on the "create" page and either click on "new story", or scroll down to open a new Convo.

Then find the Convo creator which is under the “Let's get started!” section.

After clicking on the Convo icon, write a compelling title that will intrigue your readers. The best approach is to try and think of a title that will arouse curiosity and build anticipation.

The next step is to add the different message bubbles. You can add as many participants and message bubbles as you like. Each bubble can include text (including emojis and hyperlinks), images, and GIFs.

Images and GIFs can be found using our free Getty library of images, by searching the web, or by browsing your computer’s image files. If you’re uploading from the web, the image will automatically be credited. If however, the image belongs to you, make sure to tick off the “No Credits” box before clicking “Done”.

Once you've finished your Convo, continue creating with our different creation tools or, at the top right of the screen, click on the green “Publish” button and
