Do you know how people see your business?

Do you know your most valuable strengths?

Do you know who you are competing against?

Do you know what makes your business unique?

Do you have a clear, written down, business vision that you are working towards?

Do you have a clear and defined mission statement which all your employees are aware of?

Have you identified and owned your top 20 values as well as at least three core values?

Have you got a clear picture of who your ideal client is?

Can you define your target audience, and do you know where to look for them?

Are you clear on your customer's pain points?

Have you got a consistent tone of voice?

Do you know which celebrity shares your business personality?

Do you have a well balanced colour palette which you stick to?

Have you chosen three fonts which match your business personality?

Do you have a clear and effective logo?

Sounds like you have really great brand clarity and a strategy to match.
