You're a Trainee! You're only in the Trainee Corps, Nothing special.

You're a Trainee Captain! You graduated from the Trainee Corps but you decided to stay and become a Trainee Captain instead of joining a regiment.

You're a Squad Member! You graduated from the Trainee Corps and chose to join a regiment, you're new to the Military, so the Senior Officers like to play around with you and scare you!

You're a Team Leader! Not yet a Squad Leader, but you have been a Squad Member for many years and you were promoted to Team Leader in your squad and you assistant your Squad Leader, you are his/her Second in Command.

You're a Squad Leader! You were a Team Leader for a few years and your Squad Leader was either promoted to Captain or was killed in the line of duty and you're there to fill his/her spot!

You're a Captain! You were a Squad Leader for 6-12 years, but it felt like forever! You're a Senior Officer now, so it's your job that the Team Leaders and Squad Leaders are doing their jobs as Junior Officers and training their squads, more importantly, the new recruits.

You're a General! You were a Captain for 9-16 years, Finally you were promoted to General, The Commander promoted you him/her self (obviously) in hopes that you will be a great Second in Command for your regiment and someday you'll be promoted to Commander to take over the regiment!

You're a Commander! You were a General for a few years and you were promoted to Commander after the now previous Commander either retired or was killed in the line of duty! You were left in charge of a regiment with thousands of solders and officers and each one of them is following your orders!
