This Woman Documented The Last Day Of Her Dog's Life With Snapchat And It's Completely Heartbreaking

After months on kidney medicine that caused her debilitating and chronically worsening seizures, Hannah's owners made the tough decision to end her suffering and have her put down.

Captioning the photos on Imgur, Hannah's human said, "Dogs are too amazing to let go, but sometimes it happens and they will forgive you.”

That didn't make the choice any easier.

But her owner decided it was for the best.

So she made an appointment with the vet.

But she also decided to document Hannah's last day and make it the best one ever.

She started with some extra special grooming.

And even a little fur dye.

A brand new bandanna to help the dog feel beautiful.
