As an apprentice you’ll: Work alongside experienced staff, gain job-specific skills, earn a wage and get holiday pay and study towards a related qualification (usually one day a week).

As an Organiser, you are always prepared. You keep your home and work space neat and tidy and keep your calendar / diary up to date. You are a fantastic team member to have around, because you always make sure that work is completed by the right timescales, and that all team members are on track to achieve your common goal. You are especially good when there's an event to plan - your skills mean that every last detail is attended to, and your computer skills mean that you can find out information you need quickly and easily. Your skills make you an excellent employee - proactive and productive, guaranteed to get the job done!

Organisers are most suited to apprenticeships in Business Administration. Your skills in planning, decision making, preparation and multi tasking will all come in handy in this industry.

Fixers are fantastic problem solvers, and great to have on hand in a crisis as they can come up with practical solutions to almost any problem! You are realistic, and always think before doing anything and you have a brilliant cad do attitude which will help you in whatever career sector you choose.

Fixers are best suited to apprenticeships in Construction, Technical IT, Mechanics and Engineering. These apprenticeships are less common than others, and so you might want to think about going to college to study your chosen field of interest. However!
