Keep your French Bulldog in a good weight class so that they are not over or underweight. Overweight French Bulldogs can have a bloated stomach and breathing difficulties. Feed them a good quality, grain-free food or small granules, natural dog food incorporates real vegetables or meat or a compromised organic diet with actual meat and other foods that are fresh, that will lead to less gassiness.
