Keith: "I remember first hearing this and thinking, that’s interesting, the choice of Genghis Khan—that certainly stood out. And then they’re great at production and with their choices of organic samples and mixing them in with their electro sensibilities. I find them to be a very inspiring band."
Oh Wonder, "Without You"

Michael: "This track has me in a trance every time it comes on. Well, actually their entire [self-titled] record does—I really want to see them live also."

Michael: "His voice just gets me! Kinda reminds me of Brandon Flowers—such a f--king awesome, chilled vibe to this track."
NZCA LINES, "Two Hearts"

Michael: "I just stumbled onto these guys, phat synth bass to boot."
Lewis Del Mar, "Loud(y)"

Keith: "We heard this early last year—the guy who was producing and mixing our album was producing Lewis Del Mar. He played us this song and it was so f--king engaging. It was strange and compelling and beautiful at the same time. And it was one of those rare moments when I heard something and thought I was hearing something really special, beyond just a catchy tune."
St. Lucia, "Dancing On Glass"

Keith: "I remember seeing St. Lucia play in 2013 at an after party for Lollapalooza. They sounded really, really great—you wouldn’t expect that level of production and performance from a band that was that new. They did a remix for us around the same time. [But] funny enough, we’ve never crossed paths. And this song is a great song, he has a great sense for melody that reminds me of some of the '80s bands that we grew up listening to as kids, and obviously the production has that feel."
LANY, "ILYSB (Stripped)"

Michael: "This is a stripped-down version of one of my favorite tracks over the past few years. I think I may favor this over the original."
Beck, "Paper Tiger"

Keith: "I remember discovering Beck when the whole Napster thing was starting to happen. He was the first artist I downloaded, illegally of course, and I downloaded any of his songs that I could find—B-sides, obscure songs, anything. And then the 'Sea Change' album came out when I was going through a break up—I listened to [it] for three months—and it was really soothing for that. And 'Paper Tiger' is kind of comical, if you listen to the bassline, there are certain parts where the solo is well over the top, then it has these amazing strings, and it has a groove. It’s a little bit of sunshine on that album."
Empire of the Sun, "Walking On A Dream"

Keith: "I don’t know if you have a friend like this who somehow finds songs way before anyone else, but we do and he was working at a bar came out. We went in and he was like, 'You guys have to hear this song. It’s going to be massive.' I liked it, and then I heard it a few more times over the next couple weeks and it’s such a simple song, it’s like three chords, but it’s evokes such feeling. It’s timeless. It’s undeniably uplifting."
