These Rescue Pitbulls Are Best Friends With Two Rescue Ducklings And It's Adorably Perfect!

Pikelet and Patty Cakes were both rescues. Pikelet (the brown pup), was saved from death row at only five weeks old.

Pikelet's parents rescue a lot of dogs, and a lot of other animals too! Pikelet and Patty Cakes recently got two new additions to their family- two adorable ducklings!

Many think that Pit-bulls are aggressive dogs by nature-but these two pretty solidly disprove that theory.

Penguin and Popinjay (the two ducklings) have really taken to their new brothers/best friends. Nap time is essential for inter-species team building. So they nap, a lot.

The dynamic duos spend all of their time together, napping, going to parks, and spending time at the local harbor. There may come a point when the ducklings are adopted, but for now the pairs are so connected that it doesn't make sense to do so.
